Launch KAS Simulator

If you want to simulate your application, open All Programs on your computer and start the KAS Simulator application located under the Kollmorgen folder and the Kollmorgen Automation Suite subfolder.

Once the program opens, adjust your desktop preferences (position, size, etc.)

Using the KAS Simulator

If you want to run your project on a physical device, start the KAS RuntimeIn computer science, runtime (or run-time) describes the operation of a computer program, the duration of its execution, from beginning to termination (compare compile time). Within KAS, runtime also refers to the virtual machine that manage the program written in a computer language while it is running on the target controller.
